Welcome, Tyneside Cyrenians is one of the country’s leading and most progressive homeless charities. Founded in 1970, we are award winning in our efforts to support those from excluded groups.

Changing Lives, Building Futures we offer a holistic approach to the needs of the vulnerable and socially disadvantaged who come to us for support. We operate a ‘total acceptance policy’.

This is achieved by providing a diverse range of support.; direct access emergency accommodation with 24 hour staffing to semi independent and independent living houses. Our day and night centre’s, provide emergency intervention to those suffering housing crisis ‘on a drop in’ basis.

Our work to provide training and employment opportunities to excluded individuals has been recognised as being exemplar.
